How do you think you have improved your pratical skills during your first year of studying Media? Think about any pratical tasks you have undertaken?
I feel I have improved rather well since studying my first year of Media studies. Last year we able to be given a chance to make an opening to a crime film. In doing so we were also able to take photos so we can give people a taste of what our crime film was like.
I found it alot easier to use equiptment as I got used to using them more and I quite enjoyed working in a group.
What are the lessons you have learnt from your AS crime production? Think about the things you think you could do differently?
I would have deffintly had added more details and props to my crime film as I did not think that it was very good at the time. I have also learnt to make sure that I am as creative as possible and it is always best to work in a team.
Are there any skills/sectoons you feel you need more support with the pratical part of the course? How confident are you with the use of photoshop for example?
I feel that I do need support with photoshop; I feel comfortable with the rest of the programmes but I just really need to focus on practicing with photoshop.
